that equip social housing providers, householders
and policy analysts with a publicly available
website and model that can indicate which
energy saving measures cost effectively 'fuel
proof' householders in 17 typical and 'hard
to heat' house types (e.g. cavity wall semi,
on gas), under various fuel price scenarios.

undertakes research and is responsible for
the "Fuel Poverty Indicator", a
tool for predicting levels of fuel poverty
in each electoral ward in England.

and information on all aspects of energy efficiency.
